As a Content Writer on the Product Education team, you’ll design and build content that can drive feature adoption for new elements in our products or get our customers maxing out their potential on our platforms. You’ll be creating the kinds of guides, courses, and documentation that build confidence in our customers and speak to the human elements of our technologies and communities.

Most of your time will be spent creating content, but you’ll also help the team develop and enhance the ways we deliver ongoing customer education to the commercial real estate, tenant experience, and property management world. A passion for teaching and learning with your unique skillset is a big deal.

To thrive in this role, you should have a strong background in professional writing and a good sense of adult learning and educational design to deliver the best possible solutions at the most advantageous times. Solid knowledge of SaaS companies, commercial real estate or property management, content creation tools (graphic design, video editing, CSS, shoebox dioramas), or learning management systems is a huge bonus. More than anything, you like taking complicated topics and turning them into simple, engaging material that helps people out.

  • You’ll always be making stuff—articles, interactive courses, exams, micro-learnings, internal guides, graphics, whatever you like.

  • You’ll take an active hand in curriculum development, learner assessment, and content delivery to make sure people are learning the right things at the right times.
  • You’ll be an asset to the platform—bridging gaps between product teams, internal stakeholders, and the folks in the product day to day.
  • You’ll be collaborating constantly—engaged in feedback, suggestions, criticism, fact-finding, team writing, product discovery, and everything else it takes to make high quality work in a rigorous creative process.
