We are looking for an intrinsically motivated individual to be a key member of the Salesforce Business Analyst team that helps VTS scale. This role is a unique opportunity to manage commissions and work as a Salesforce administrator improving workflow and design and all integrated tools. This position will interact frequently with other departments including Marketing, Sales, Finance and Customer Success, and will allow you to have first-hand exposure into the inner-workings of a Revenue org at a growing SaaS company.

This job requires you to be in office 3 days a week.

Here’s what you can expect as a Salesforce Business Analyst:

• Oversee the monthly sales commissions using software
• Manage day-to-day Salesforce configuration, administrative support, maintenance and improvement of the platform, including profile & user management, roles, standard and custom objects, reports and automation
• QA and validate changes that impact the existing system through Salesforce
• Assist with managing 3rd party app Integrations and configurations for apps such as CaptivateIQ, RingLead, Rollup Helper and DocuSign
• Monitor, review and cleanse internal data using reports and dashboards
• Document and conduct regular training on Salesforce enhancements, sales processes, etc
  

You should apply if you have:

• Salesforce administration experience
• Strong analytical skills, including intermediate level Excel skills (Pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
• Experience in data migration and integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce
