As the Senior Canada Airports Manager, you will support the development and execution of the strategy for this critical business segment. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to identify growth opportunities, support airport partnerships, and improve operational performance across markets.

This role requires a strong operator with strategic judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. You will play a key role in scaling airport partnerships, improving marketplace performance, and ensuring a high-quality experience for hosts and guests at airports.

What you’ll do

  • Execute Turo’s airport strategy by translating priorities into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

  • Identify and evaluate new airport partnership opportunities; support deal structuring and negotiations with key stakeholders.

  • Grow and optimize existing airport partnerships to unlock incremental revenue and improve marketplace performance.

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend actions to improve conversion, utilization, and supply-demand balance.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to deliver airport-specific initiatives and drive results.

  • Support operational execution, including compliance, process improvements, and mitigation of risks impacting airport access and performance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airport stakeholders and support external engagement efforts as needed.

Your profile

  • 8+ years of professional experience with demonstrated progression and ownership of complex projects.

  • Experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, business development, or a fast-paced technology company (marketplace, mobility, or travel preferred).

  • Direct experience working with or for airports (e.g., airport operations, business development, concession management, or consulting with airports), demonstrating a nuanced understanding of airport ecosystems, regulations, and stakeholder dynamics.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience supporting partnerships or commercial negotiations.

  • Clear and structured communicator, comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Turo Recruiting Scam Alert:

We’ve learned that there are scammers targeting job candidates by impersonating Turo and its employees. We ask candidates to be careful of fraudulent job postings or suspicious recruiting activity during their job search, especially if they’re contacted through unofficial channels (such as Instagram, Telegram, MS Teams, etc.). In general, Turo interacts with candidates through our Careers page and via turo.com email addresses, and we don’t ask candidates for sensitive financial or personal info or request money as part of the hiring process (so an application fee or equipment costs). These tools only supplement our team; all decisions to advance or hire candidates are made by Turo employees. While we welcome candidates to use AI-enabled tools to help prepare for their interviews, the use of such tools, including any AI chatbots or note-takers, is not permitted during live interviews or technical assessments.
