About the team

As a Sr. Martech Manager you’ll be tasking with evolving our CRM and audience segmentation technology stack. You’ll partner with Lifecycle/CRM, Growth, Data/Analytics, Product, and Engineering to ensure we can identify, build, activate, and measure high-quality customer audiences across channels (email, push, SMS, in-app, paid media, onsite personalization, etc.). This role is equal parts platform ownership, audience strategy enablement, and operational excellence.

What you will do

CRM & segmentation platform ownership

  • Own day-to-day administration and long-term roadmap for CRM and audience segmentation tools (e.g., CDP, ESP/marketing automation, audience builder/warehouse audiences).

  • Define best practices for identity rules, eligibility logic, suppression strategy, deliverability strategy, etc.

Data & identity enablement

  • Partner with Data/Engineering to ensure reliable event tracking, identity resolution, consent/permissions, and data freshness.

  • Translate business requirements into data requirements (events, attributes, computed fields, LTV, propensity, RFM, etc.)

  • Improve audience quality through monitoring, QA, and debugging (e.g., mismatched counts, duplicate identities, missing attributes)

Activation & orchestration

  • Enable activation of audiences into CRM journeys and downstream destinations (ad platforms, onsite personalization, analytics tools).

  • Manage integrations and workflows (APIs, connectors, webhooks, reverse ETL, tag management, promo code generation) to reduce manual work.

Measurement, experimentation & governance

  • Establish quality controls and dashboards for audience health: match rates, reachable users, deliverability inputs, opt-in rates, and conversion signals.

  • Own governance: access controls, change management, documentation, and training for stakeholders.

Vendor & stakeholder management

  • Manage vendor relationships: feature requests, troubleshooting, renewals, and evaluation of new tooling.

  • Align stakeholders across regions/teams on shared standards and scalable MarTech processes.

Your profile

  • 5+ years in MarTech, marketing operations, lifecycle operations, or CRM technology roles - ideally in B2C companies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or quantitative field required.

  • Deep hands-on experience with CRM and audience segmentation tools/technology, such as:

    • CRM/Marketing automation: Braze, MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.

    • Segmentation/CDP/warehouse audiences: Segment, mParticle, Tealium, Adobe RTCDP, Hightouch, Census, RudderStack, etc.

  • Strong understanding of customer data models: events, user properties, identity stitching, deduplication, consent, suppression logic.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate marketing needs into technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering/Data teams to implement tracking, integrations, and data quality improvements.

  • Comfort with analysis and troubleshooting; able to validate audience logic

  • Knowledge of deliverability concepts, consent/permissions, and privacy compli
    ance (GDPR/CCPA).

Nice to have

  • Hands-on SQL and familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift) and BI tools.

  • Experience with experimentation/incrementality testing in CRM or growth.

  • Experience in multi-market or global deployments and governance at scale.
