Join Turo's Shared Services Training team as a Training Specialist II and become an essential training architect for our Global Trust & Safety organization, which includes Fraud Prevention, Chargebacks, Verification, Investigations, and Critical Safety teams.
This is your opportunity to demonstrate deep expertise in Instructional Design and Adult Learning Theory by designing and delivering highly engaging, learner-centered experiences. You will partner directly with department managers to ensure customer support agents and internal professional team members perform their duties confidently and efficiently.
The opportunity is huge: you will be a product, policy, and process expert, drive measurable impact, provide ongoing direction to global vendor BPO training teams, and even mentor other training team members.

What you will do
Partner with Trust & Safety department managers on ongoing projects and road map items
Design and deliver highly engaging, interactive training modules that enable customer support agents and internal team members to perform their duties confidently and efficiently
Support and manage assigned training teams and trainers within our BPO training network
Serve as a mentor to both internal and BPO training teams, sharing knowledge and experience to help elevate instructional and facilitation capabilities.
Your profile
3+ years of instructional design experience building interactive e-learning and instructor-led (ILT) training for adult learners
1+ years of experience facilitating training workshops or courses (Trust & Safety experience preferred)
Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline)
Experience using an LMS, preferably Docebo
Strong foundation in adult learning best practices and learner-centered instructional methodology
Enjoys simplifying complex processes and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Skilled in facilitating workshops, trainings, and/or courses
Passionate about creating meaningful, engaging learning experiences
Bonus if you have
1+ years of experience managing a Learning Management System
Experience supporting Trust & Safety training programs
Experience mentoring training peers or instructional designers
Experience working with global BPO training partners
For this role, the target base salary range in Phoenix is $80,000–$100,000 annually. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. In general, our ranges reflect the market-based target for new hire salaries based on the level and location of the role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by objective factors assessed during the application and interview process, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Turists will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
