We are looking for a motivated, personable, and outgoing individual with excellent customer support and leadership experience to join our Executive Support team in Sydney. The ideal candidate is a master problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit, innovative mindset, and a positive, can-do attitude. The Executive Support Associate I is a problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit, innovative mindset and a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys contributing thoughts and ideas to continuously drive improvement.
What you will do
Providing world-class experiences for Turo’s hosts and guests. You will be fielding escalations across a broad range of areas, including internal Turo stakeholders at all levels, including executive leaders, related to billing, fees and fines, mechanical issues, damage, and reservation scheduling and more
Ensuring that Turo Hosts and Guests receive the highest quality of service and that all issues are resolved in the shortest possible time
Consistently contributing ideas to further improve the Hosts and Guests experience
Quickly adjust to new processes and policies as the company continues to grow
Keep a finger on the pulse of all internal changes that may impact the customer experience in Australia
Your profile
2+ years of experience in a high-level or VIP customer support environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Personable, outgoing individual who enjoys working with people, embraces the Turo Values and is able to handle stressful situations with grace
Strong customer service background
Strong data entry and computer skills required
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision/direction and in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Strategic thinker: You love thinking of ways to improve processes
Great problem-solving skills, analytical abilities and ability to multitask
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Demonstrates Turo’s values through work product and within day-to-day team interactions
Must be in the office at least 3 days per week
Nice to have
BA/BS degree
Experience using Zendesk, Kustomer or customer service applications, and strong knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Excel
