About the team
The Manager, Global TA Operations plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process at Turo. In this role, you will collaborate closely with recruiters and People Operations to optimize workflows, improve systems, and enhance the candidate experience.
While leading a small 1-2 person team, you will oversee Workday recruiting processes, manage scheduling tools and drive operational improvements. To support our team effectively, we would prefer that you are able to work Pacific hours as our two biggest offices are in San Francisco (HQ) and Phoenix, AZ.

What You’ll Do
Evaluate and improve recruiting workflows and business processes in Workday recruiting to enhance efficiency and recruiter, candidate and manager experience.
Partner with the People Operations team to manage pre-hire tasks, ensuring smooth transitions from offer to onboarding.
Oversee the performance and development of the recruiting coordinator(s), ensuring timely and accurate support for the recruitment team.
Create, analyze, and report on candidate experience surveys, providing actionable insights to improve the hiring process.
Manage and optimize the interview scheduling and offer process, ensuring efficiency across global time zones and teams. Be the point person for Legal and Audit in documenting the recruiting process, offer letters and employment contracts.
Generate and analyze recruiting metrics and reports, providing insights to stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation for recruiting processes, tools, and workflows; deliver training to recruiters and hiring managers on Workday recruiting and other tools.
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to identify pain points and provide solutions to improve recruiting operations.
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday recruiting experience; strong understanding of business processes and capabilities.
Proficiency in analytics tools to track and report on recruiting metrics.
Experience leading or supporting projects, such as system implementations, process rollouts, or tool integrations.
Known for having an eye for details and excellent organizational skills.
Comfortable navigating the challenges of a fast-paced environment and adjusting to shifting priorities.
Enjoys managing or leading team members, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.
Bonus if you have
Familiarity with tools like GoodTime, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem platforms; ability to troubleshoot and optimize our tech stack.
Experience implementing Workday recruiting from end to end.
For this role, the target base salary range for remote locations in the United States is $125,000 - $135,000 annually, and your recruiter can share more about the specific range for your location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. In general, our ranges reflect the minimum and maximum market-based targets for the role based on its level and location and are subject to change. Within the range, individual pay is determined by objective factors assessed during the application and interview process, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
