What you will do

We’re looking for an experienced and driven quality specialist to join our Phoenix team! In this role you will work with our operations leaders and team members, providing them with valuable QA insight summaries from your weekly evaluation that they will use to develop continuous improvement plans for the department and Turo customer experience. This position reports directly to the supervisor of quality for Marketplace TNS and under their general supervision, you will perform weekly QA audit evaluations in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure the team has clear visibility into where they excel and where they can improve. Your work will have a positive impact on Turo operations and will give leaders and team members the insights needed to be the best they can be! Does this sound like the perfect job for you?   • Complete evaluations on associate interactions daily. Number of evaluations will vary based on headcount, but will be the main focus of your role.
  • Complete audit sprints that are related to special projects that focus on areas that need improvement, i.e AHT, transfer rate, etc.
  • Complete evaluations on BPO QA specialists to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment in scoring practices.
  • Conduct weekly calibration sessions with internal teams as well as our BPO partners to ensure there is consistency and adherence to all Turo policy and processes.
  • Engage in agent feedback sessions to identify customer pain points and expectations
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to update Guru articles to reflect proper policies and procedures
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss customer service trends, agent review feedback, and implementation of quality best practices.

Your profile

  • Undergraduate degree required or equivalent years experience
  • Passion for digging into the customer experience and providing feedback as well as identifying improvements for each interaction.
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision/direction
  • Ability to work well both independently and cross-functionally
  • Highly detailed oriented and process driven
  • Experience working within customer support operations
  • Experience using MaestroQA, Playvox or other QMS platforms as well as Origami, Kustomer, Zendesk or other CRMs
  • Strong knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets

Preferred qualifications

  • Start-up experience
  • BPO knowledge and experience working with or within a BPO
  • Experience using quality management software such as Maestro QA, Playvox, etc.
  • Working in a hybrid work environment where you will need to properly manage your time and bandwidth in and out of the office.

The Phoenix base salary target range for this full-time position is $49,000-$54,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your work location during the hiring process. Please note that the salary range listed in this posting reflects the base salary only, and does not include bonus (if applicable), equity, or benefits.
