Who We Are Looking For:
The CRM Analyst is essential in driving execution and strategy for our CRM channels to drive revenue and retention growth. This data-driven, customer-focused individual will implement a strategy to continue to grow our SMS, Email, and Direct Mail initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and manage SMS program to drive revenue growth MoM + YoY while focusing on customer lifecycle management in this channel
  • Assist in the strategy, execution, and project management of the Email program Manage list growth efforts for SMS + Email
  • Identify high-value segments of customers for both SMS + Email
  • Create high-impact messaging for targeted segments in SMS, Email, and Direct Mail
  • Orchestrate targeting and triggering strategies for SMS, Email, and Direct Mail
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Giving, Customer Experience, Growth, Analytics, Operations, and all product owners to support various business needs
  • Manage outside vendor relationships to create new capabilities and efficiencies

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field
  • 3+ years of experience in SMS, Loyalty, Email, and database marketing
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce business and KPIs required; experience in DTC marketing is highly preferred
  • Passionate about using data to derive insights and build strategies that solve business problems
  • Ability to review metrics, analyze, draw conclusions, and recommend immediate action
  • Critical thinker with the curiosity and willingness to experiment and validate through testing
  • Solid understanding and experience with audience segmentation, outlining customer journeys, and omnichannel activation
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and writing skills
  • Experience with SQL is highly preferred

The base pay range for this role is $65,560 - $75,000, with the following factors determining the base pay at offer: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
