Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling through visuals and possess strong video editing skills for short form content. As a Video Editor at Thrive Causemetics, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling video content that drives growth across key paid social channels like FB, IG, TikTok, Youtube, Pinterest.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Edit and assemble raw video footage to create high-quality, engaging performance marketing content
  • Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and meet the objectives of advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing and growth teams to understand project goals and deliver content that resonates with TC's audiences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Thrive Causemetics brand narratives and translate them into compelling visual stories
  • Collaborate with creative and performance marketing teams to align visual elements with ad copy and messaging
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance the storytelling aspect of performance marketing content
  • Review final edits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
  • Address feedback and make necessary revisions in a timely manner
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative editing techniques to elevate the quality of content
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of ad/performance marketing work
  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
  • Comfortable leaning on AI tool to test & learn
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Passion for beauty and the ability to align with Thrive Causemetics' mission
