Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Office Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining an organized, efficient, and productive office environment. They will manage various administrative tasks and ensure seamless coordination between departments. This role will report directly to the VP of People.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Office Administration: Supervise daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings and events.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
  • Budget Management: Assist in monitoring and managing office-related budgets, including expenses for supplies, maintenance, and other operational needs.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for employees when necessary.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement protocols to maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Team Support: Assist various teams with administrative tasks, fostering cross-departmental collaboration and efficiency.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
  • Previous beauty industry experience in a similar role is highly desired, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Expert Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Has a strong sense of urgency, can prioritize requests, and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and office management best practices.
  • Previous experience managing office budgets.
  • Passion for social impact, an ethos for giving back, and eagerness to join a mission-driven company.

The base pay range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000, with the following factors determining the base pay at offer: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
