How You Will Make An Impact
As the People Operations Coordinator, reporting to the VP of People Operations & Total Rewards, you’ll be the glue that holds our day-to-day operations and administrative functions together, ensuring everything stays on track and gets done with precision. This role is your ticket to exploring all aspects of HR and People Operations, giving you hands-on experience in a variety of areas. It’s the perfect launch pad for building a dynamic career in HR while making an immediate impact on the team! The ideal candidate will be familiar with or excited to learn about and support the leave of absence process.
In This Role You’ll Get To:
Benefits & Leave: Assist with leave of absence processes, including documentation, system updates, and general benefits administration and auditing.
Employee Support: Manage employee inquiries and support requests through ticketing systems, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Resource Management: Maintain and update key organizational resources, such as employee guidebooks, calendars, templates, and communication tools.
Policy & Program Implementation: Help the execution of HR policies, programs, and recurring initiatives, including performance cycles and immigration.
Compliance & Reporting: Address compliance and audit requirements, ensuring adherence to regulations and preparing reports for initiatives like audits and travel documentation.
HR Data Management: Oversee HR data accuracy, manage reports, resolve system alerts, and support data-related tasks.
Recruitment Support: Coordinate pre-hire and onboarding processes, including background checks, employment verification, and vendor collaboration.
Onboarding & Employee Experience: Support onboarding workflows and contribute to process improvements for new hire orientation.
Vendor & Contract Coordination: Review agreements, approve expenses, and assist in managing vendor relationships.
Project & Operational Planning: Assist with annual planning, communications, and preparation of presentations or other materials.
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of relevant experience in a support function, Human Resources experience desired
Excellent communication skills
Problem Solver - solution oriented with an eye toward finding ways to work smarter
Attention to detail, accuracy and proven organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, excellent follow through
Knowledge of G Suite
Experience with Workday preferred
