Job Description

How You Will Make An Impact

As a People Coordinator, you will support both recruiting and HR administrative activities in our distribution center. You will be representing thredUP throughout the interview and hiring process. You will need to be prepared to interact with a lot of people - both inside the DC and out! You will thrive in this role if you are excited to balance the administrative, operational and people aspects of the business.

In This Role You’ll Get To:

- Greet onsite candidates and manage interviews to create a positive experience
- Assist with preparation of offer letters and launch of New Hire paperwork
- Set up orientation and help greet new employees to ensure successful onboarding
- Maintain HR filing and retention system, with access to sensitive information
- Maintain internal job postings, HR announcements, and OSHA logs
- Plan and execute Culture-Club activities, events, and team member recognition programs

What We’re Looking For:

- Ability to identify, prioritize, and complete tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong organization and documentation skills
- Creativity and willingness to optimize processes
- Enthusiastic about developing administrative skills
- Ability to keep business and candidate information confidential
