About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented college intern to support a high-impact content migration project. This internship will focus on helping our team transition sales enablement materials from Allego to Highspot, ensuring our sellers have access to organized, high-quality content that helps them win.

You'll gain hands-on experience with enterprise content management systems, contribute to critical enablement infrastructure, and build real-world business skills in project management, digital organization, and stakeholder collaboration.

Internship Details:

  • Anticipated Start Date: Either mid-June or end of June
  • Application Deadline: May 31, 2025
  • Length of Internship: 3 months
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Compensation: $25 USD per hour (set rate)
  • Location: Hybrid / Remote
  • Reports To: Sales Enablement Leader

Internship Process:

  • 30-minute - Recruiter Screen
  • 30-minute - Hiring Manager Interview
  • 30-minute - Final Interview | Interview with members from the team

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Content Migration and Tagging: Export, review, and organize sales assets from Allego, ensuring they're appropriately tagged, labeled, and categorized.
  • Highspot Platform Management: Upload content into Highspot, write brief descriptions, apply metadata tags, and follow naming conventions for consistency.
  • Page Design and Structuring: Help design and structure Highspot pages that are intuitive, branded, and visually aligned with best practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct content checks to ensure file accuracy, naming consistency, and alignment to enablement taxonomy.
  • Organization System Management: Collaborate with the enablement team to maintain and refine folder structures and asset categorization to improve findability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate progress, flag questions, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders and content owners.

Key Competencies and Requirements

  • Comfortable organizing folders and files, applying naming conventions.
  • Familiar with tools like Wix, WordPress, or cloud drives and willing to learn Highspot.
  • Strong proofreading habits and pride in getting things right.
  • An eye for clean layout and design, familiarity with tools like Canva is a plus.
  • Strong written communication and responsiveness in team environments.
  • Able to quickly learn new tools and workflows with guidance.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage your own deadlines.
  • Willingness to troubleshoot, ask questions, and iterate as you go.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (preferred major: Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related field).
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Previous internship or relevant coursework is a plus, but not required.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and positive, collaborative attitude.
