About the Job

As an IT Support Specialist at Taulia, you’ll play a key role in providing top-tier onboarding and technical support to our team, ensuring smooth operations across our MacOS and Windows systems. You’ll troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues, manage user accounts, and maintain our IT infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to a global fintech leader trusted by major companies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide best in-class onboarding support including, but not limited, to ordering computers, shipping, installing and configuring computer systems and application, conduct in-person and remote IT orientation.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from other employees for mainly our MacOS workforce with a handful of Windows laptops.
  • Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage.
  • Work with employees to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose software and hardware problems.
  • Resolve technical issues related to wireless and VPN interruptions.
  • Provide efficient employee offboarding.
  • Create, delete, deprovision and maintain user, system and groups in Active Directory.
  • Update Taulia assets in ticketing system when adding or removing hardware and software.
  • Contribute towards the IT knowledgebase and mentoring others within the team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant training or experience.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with end-users and global teams.
  • 2+ years’ experience building, operating and troubleshooting complex environments with sensitive customer data.
  • Understanding of advanced troubleshooting techniques in diagnosing hardware, software and network issues.
  • 1+ years experience working in a Windows Active Directory environment, preferably with mixed Operating System environment including Mac OSX.
  • 1+ years experience with MDM solutions (JAMF, AirWatch, Sophos, Mac OSX Server, etc.).
  • 1+ year experience with Cloud Services (Google Apps, Salesforce, Office 365, Box, Slack, etc.).
  • 1+ years experience with Single Sign-On service (Okta, OneLogin, Centrify, Bitium, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of technologies used in cloud services and file transport protocols (secure & un-secure).
  • Thorough understanding of network protocols, network security principles, and industry-standard implementations of corporate network LAN and WiFi infrastructures.
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with end-users.
