About the Job

We are seeking a genuinely curious and people-driven person, to facilitate our Talent Acquisition efforts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist with coordinating interviews, updating and maintaining processes, as well as taking on some of our requisitions, and supporting our team in shaping the future of our workforce.

This role offers an opportunity to grow within the field of talent acquisition and recruitment, and do so in a friendly, supportive and collaborative team. Our team values creativity and initiative, and you will be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table in order to enhance our recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Actively source candidates in a fast-paced, high-performing, environment using traditional and non-traditional outlets, filling roles from entry-level to managerial level.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and calendar alignment.
  • Create individualized LinkedIn messages and templates, email templates, and preparatory documents based on the candidate's interests and profile to optimize response rates.
  • Assist in updating and documenting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience, manage the survey process and perform analysis.
  • Update and manage candidate records in the ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct interviews for positions in Bulgaria and other EU locations as part of your career development.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including managing job postings and background check processes.
  • Assist in generating recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and People Operations functions to support various recruitment initiatives and projects.

  • Proficiency in English is required.

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with MS Suite, G-Suite, Canva.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within HR or recruitment, is a plus but not mandatory.
