About the Job

Taulia is seeking a Head of Product Marketing with a deep understanding of Working Capital Solutions and FinTech dynamics to create narratives, content, and strategies to help grow revenues across all customers from Enterprise to Small Businesses.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled storyteller, and expert influencer with the demonstrated ability to work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams. They will have a proven track record of generating exceptional content leading to revenue growth, ideally for a SaaS solution or b2b network. 
This individual will lead initiatives related to product positioning, messaging and content, setting the stage for campaigns across the customer lifecycle. The role ultimately succeeds through iteration to continuously improve performance throughout our customers’ journeys. The Taulia Network helps all businesses thrive by liberating cash trapped in the Supply Chain. This means marketing to companies of all sizes in all regions. 
The ideal candidate will demonstrate mastery of b2b product marketing with proven ability to develop content strategies, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute, and align senior leadership around their plans. This person will confidently deliver Taulia’s corporate narrative and solution value propositions to educate and inspire internal and external parties at all levels. This role reports to the VP of Growth and interfaces with executive leadership, product, sales and marketing teams.


•    Collaborate with marketing peers to produce relevant content for target customers, including web content, webinars, data sheets, solution guides, demo videos and more.
•    Partner with corporate marketing to inform and influence marketing campaigns.
•    Drive up-sell/cross-sell strategies in partnership with sales, customer success, and marketing.
•    Improve Taulia’s market position as the preeminent working capital innovator via contribution to thought leadership content such as blog posts, webinars, and white papers.
•    Dream up engaging product demonstrations that are used on stage, in videos and in the sales process.
•    Partner with Product team to distill key functionality and benefits into release marketing campaigns and enable internal sales, service and marketing teams on the latest product developments and roadmap.
•    Evangelize the latest product developments and roadmap to our customers and partner ecosystem.
•    Create visionary technical assets that showcase how Taulia solutions solve core buyer needs.
•    Manage product launch plans, working closely with industry experts and corporate marketing to ensure effective and ongoing relevance in the market, create additional demand and grow the sales pipeline.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

•    10+ years of experience in product marketing in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
•    A center-brained growth mindset - balancing rigorous analytical thinking with creative divergent.
•    Embraces ambiguity and thrives in a hypothesis-driven agile environment.
•    Active listener who solicits feedback and applies insights quickly.
•    Positive optimistic leadership style, builds cross-functional bridges with a vocal collaborative approach.
•    An experienced manager who has overseen small teams.
•    Ability to identify target audiences and build compelling value props and messaging for them, and work across a number of internal groups to bring that messaging to life.
•    You know how to get people to act through compelling content.
•    FinTech, Working Capital, Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, or Lending experience a plus, though not required.
•    Hands-on ability to create a range of product marketing assets (product demo videos, pitch decks, etc.).
•    Content portfolio with examples showing your writing and visual communication style.
•    Experience/familiarity with the customer engagement lifecycle for enterprise applications.
•    Proven track record of crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content.
•    Strong communication and writing skills and the ability to present to executive leadership.
•    Collaborative and open-minded, with experience working across functions and business lines.
•    Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including (but not limited to): skills, depth of work experience, certifications, geography, etc. Total compensation for this role includes a generous benefits program, RSU incentive plan and annual performance bonus.
