About the Job
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Enablement Manager responsible for contributing to the content creation, training initiatives, technology support, and overall strategy of the Sales Enablement team.
In this role, you will have the ability to truly help shape the growth of our business. You will bring your passion for enablement to support the Sales and Customer Success organizations through enablement efforts, primarily around training current team members. You will possess a proven track record of delivering business outcomes through continuous improvement of training, tooling, and content.
You will be responsible for contributing to the Sales Enablement initiatives as needed with a primary focus on all aspects of training from collaboration on curriculum design with Subject Matter Experts through execution of training sessions and analysis of their efficacy.
You will be an essential part of Taulia’s Sales Enablement team and must possess an ability to work creatively and autonomously in a rapidly growing environment. You will be part of a small, but agile team where you will be able to see the impact of your work. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement.
Responsibilities
- As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with sales, sales operations, marketing, and product to ensure cross-functional alignment in GTM efforts.
- Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including but not limited to training, content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create asynchronous lessons and live training sessions for onboarding and up-leveling initiatives.
- Design and host in-person and online training sessions.
- Work closely with internal teams like Product, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and other teams to develop and execute training for the Sales organization.
- Assist in developing documentation on processes and workflows.
- Undertake analysis and reporting projects to track progress and efficacy of enablement programs.
- Manage various sales enablement projects and coordinate sales enablement activities.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required
- 3+ years experience in sales, sales enablement, and/or learning & development.
- Track record of delivering business outcomes (increased velocity, increased win-rates, decreased rep ramp-up time).
- Excellent knowledge of sales technologies, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of training best practices and experience delivering training through a variety of delivery methods (online, in-person, etc.).
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and adapt techniques and tactics to leverage tools effectively.
- Quick thinking, flexible, creative and able to operate autonomously.
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Strong in collaborative environments with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
