SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-team initiatives that span our engineering organization. You’ll own large programs that touch payments, booking, platform, data, and AI enablement, ensuring strategy, execution, and delivery stay in sync.You’ll partner closely with engineering leaders, product, and design to drive alignment, track dependencies, and ensure we’re building systems that scale with precision and purpose.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead multi-quarter, cross-functional engineering programs requiring coordination across 10+ teams.
  • Partner with engineering and product leaders to define scope, success metrics, and execution plans.
  • Get deep into the technical details, review designs, understand architectures, and ensure we’re building scalable, maintainable systems.
  • Use AI-driven workflows and tools to improve program visibility, forecasting, and delivery.
  • Drive clarity and accountability across teams, removing blockers and ensuring steady, transparent progress.
  • Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to executives and stakeholders.
  • Champion a culture of technical excellence, AI adoption, and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years managing large-scale technical programs or cross-team initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong technical depth: you can engage confidently in architecture discussions, critique solutions, and spot risks early.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across many teams and drive execution at scale.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, able to simplify complexity for different audiences.A bias toward structure, follow-through, and clarity under ambiguity.
  • Passion for using AI to enhance how teams plan, build, and deliver.
  • English proficiency is a must. It's important you can communicate your ideas clearly as you will be interacting with English-speaking coworkers
  • Must be based in Buenos Aires
  • Availability to work full-time from Mon to Fri from 9 to 6 local time, and onsite from our office in CABA twice a week

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or marketplace systems
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering, automation, or data-driven program management
