About the Team
The Technical Consulting Practice is made up of leading experts on Outreach, CRM, and sales technologies who bring innovation to implementation each and every day. As a vital part of our onboarding and optimization processes, the technical consulting team ensures our customers utilize Outreach to the fullest technical potential while adhering to best practices.
About the Role
As a Sr. Technical Consultant you will play an important roleworking as a technical subject matter expert in a wide variety of SaaS technologies within the Professional Services line of business. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will work closely with internal and external consultants and technology experts to implement, upgrade, and configure various solutions in our sales engagement platform. The success of this role will be measured by the overall business impact, client adoption of technology best practices, and quality of platform setup conducted by the consultant.
Location: Fully remote - CST/ EST preferred
Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Manage and execute on implementations & projects for customers
- Perform detailed discovery with customers around their CRM usage and translate that to Outreach integration functionality
- Be a subject matter expert on a multitude of Outreach technologies, acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with Program & Project Managers, Professional Services Consultants, Trainers, and customer stakeholders to successfully drive projects to completion
- Distill information from a variety of sources to inform complex configuration setup
- Explore all relevant client processes to build successful integrations
- Collaborate with client technical experts to establish a thorough configuration testing plan

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to speak with expert knowledge about a broad spectrum of technical topics including APIs, CRM Integration, security, privacy, and integrations
- Familiarity with front-end and back-end development technologies
- Admin certification with a CRM, such as Salesforce or Dynamics, or another SaaS platform
- Track record of leading with optimism to help others persevere in difficult situations
- Expertise in working with a Sales Engagement Platform
- History of working with internal Product or Engineering teams to improve product features and capabilities

115000 - 135000 USD a year
The base salary range for this role is $115,000-$135,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, location and experience. Final offers are determined through a holistic assessment and will vary within the posted range. Your Recruiter will share specific details based on your location and role during the hiring process.
