The Role
We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to join our team in Prague and provide support to teams locally and globally. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to maintaining and improving our HRIS (Workday), supporting CZ HR operations, reporting, and analytics, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
Location
While we are remote-friendly, we remain an "office-centric" company. This role is categorized as hybrid and it is expected you live in a reasonable proximity to the office in Prague so you would be able to connect with your team on weekly regular basis, attend in-person meetings and company events.
This is a full-time, permanent role, not eligible for contractors and for work from other countries.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Be a first line of support for employees and stakeholders for HR questions/issues; resolve or appropriately route/escalate issues
  • Support core employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, job changes, offboarding), including communication with Payroll, IT, HR Operations, and other stakeholders
  • System Administration: Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline HR processes and leverage automation wherever possible
  • System Enhancements: Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or functionalities
  • User Support: Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance and training to HR and business users
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date system documentation, workflows, and user guides

Our Vision of You

  • HR background – some previous experience in HR/payroll/benefits administrative support, with a good understanding of core HR processes
  • A desire to master the core elements of the role and grow into one or more other areas of HR Operations (HRIS, Analytics, etc).
  • A mindset of continuous improvement
  • Proactive – ability and desire to take initiative, suggest improvements, and find solutions in collaboration with teammates
  • Knowledge of Czech labor law
  • Strong communication skills – Fluency in Czech and English, with the ability to explain processes clearly and collaborate across teams and countries
  • Customer orientation – A focus on giving stakeholders you interact with a positive experience and possessing the judgment to push back / escalate where needed
  • Organizational skills – Ability to prioritize, multitask, and keep track of multiple activities
  • Proficiency Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
