The Role
As a Director of Product Management at Outreach, you will define the vision, lead the strategy, and drive the roadmap for delivering a simplified and scalable experience of our software. This role is crucial in helping Outreach’s product development teams more efficiently build capabilities while ensuring customers can more easily leverage the suite of tools available within the Outreach platform where generative AI is transforming how sales teams engage with customers and close deals.

Location
While we are remote-friendly, we remain an "office-centric" company. This role is categorized as hybrid and it is expected you live in a reasonable proximity to the office in Prague so you would be able to connect with your team on weekly regular basis, attend in-person meetings and company events.
This is a full-time, permanent role, not eligible for contractors and for work from other countries.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the overall business objectives
- Define and prioritize product features, ensuring the product meets customer needs
- Manage the product backlog and prioritization, ensuring the product team is focused on delivering the most impacting features
- Partner with all experiences teams (cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to drive a plan to migrate all experience to a new client framework
- Work with research, design and development to develop a plan to simplify the information architecture and experience
- Partner with other product teams to drive cross organizational initiatives
- Partner with engineering to build and maintain a roadmap around our prioritized core experience feature set (Homepage, onboarding, etc.) to serve our end customers
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior management, to gather product requirements and feedback
- Drive organizational process to build, manage and update our design system
- Lead Outreach’s effort in accessibility, localization and internationalization
- Partner with product marketing to develop enablement and positioning collateral to share the work with the world; conduct product launches, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy
- Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to drive product growth.

- 15+ years of experience building great products, including responsibilities driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- High intellectual horsepower, deeply analytical, high EQ, curious, process oriented. Knows the art (user love) and science (metrics-based growth) of product management
- Strong user empathy and data intuition; have built products (features) that users love
- Strong people skills; can hype up a team rally behind a common product mission
- Ability to define long-term business strategy, and drive impact on short-term product goals
- Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
- Deep understanding of customer needs, and strong motivation to tackle their problems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong skills around cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication
- Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in delivering Generative AI solutions to optimize and transform business workflows for mid-market and enterprise customers
- Well-versed and comfortable with technical products and development lifecycle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
- Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with an extreme attention to detail
- Have demonstrated experience in leading B2B SaaS products, combining creativity and passion for amazing customer experiences with a growth hacker mindset approach
