About the Role
As an Outreach Platform Enablement Specialist, you will be instrumental in building the seller journey and powering outreach programs leveraging our AI-enabled capabilities. Partnering with the Outreach on Outreach team to directly shape adoption, drive quarterly release management, monitor performance, and continuously iterate to optimize success. You’ll sit at the nexus of GTM strategy, enablement, and innovation to empower our revenue teams through technology-driven Outreach excellence.
Location: This position will be hybrid in Atlanta or Seattle. We may also be open to remote candidates within the United States.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Seller Journey Design & Enablement
  • Partner with enablement, Revops and GTM to map, build and implement a cohesive end-to-end seller journey in the Outreach platform, aligning with buyer stages and revenue goals.
  • Empower sales, SDRs, and CS teams to confidently utilize Outreach workflows and content.
  • Quarterly Release Management & Training
  • Lead cross-functional planning and communications for quarterly Outreach platform releases and updates.
  • Create training materials, host enablement sessions, and ensure timely rollout of new features or enhancements to the internal team — both virtual and in-person.
  • AI Enablement & Intelligent Outreach
  • Implement and Drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities (e.g., conversational intelligence, AI agents, predictive analytics) within Outreach.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to showcase AI features, provide feedback, and ensure reps leverage them effectively.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics
  • Define and monitor key adoption and performance metrics (e.g., feature usage, sequence completion, response rates, deal velocity).
  • Analyze insights and adjust enablement interventions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Content & Messaging Support
  • Develop and manage best-practice content: Outreach sequences, templates, battle cards, playbooks, and messaging tailored to seller roles and segments.
  • Enable reps to focus on conversations—minimize friction with practical, easy-to-use assets.
  • Internal Platform Evangelism
  • Partner with stakeholders (Sales Ops, RevOps, GTM leadership) to promote platform excellence and champion Outreach adoption.
  • Support ongoing feedback loops and highlight platform success stories.
  • Continuous Optimization
  • Incorporate sales feedback into iteration cycles for sequences, training, and content.
  • Ensure enablement offerings adapt rapidly to evolving GTM strategies and platform capabilities.

Our Vision of You

  • 2-3 years in a sales or GTM enablement, platform enablement, or revenue operations role within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience with Outreach (or similar sales engagement platforms), including adoption and feature rollout.
  • Strong analytical skills: adept at tracking usage data, deriving insights, and optimizing enablement.
  • Skilled in workshop delivery, content creation, and training design—both in-person and virtual.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication—comfortable aligning stakeholders from product, marketing, sales, and ops.
  • Familiarity with LMS, CRM, and other sales tack tools
  • Project management prowess and top notch communication skills
  • Adaptable, proactive, and practically experienced in scaling workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in enablement frameworks (e.g., Certified Outreach Admin, Sales Enablement Society).
  • Experience working in agile release-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-focused enablement tools or conversational intelligence platforms.
