The Role
Outreach is transforming how companies engage with their customers. As Senior Product Manager - Outreach Engage, you will be part of a product team that is responsible for the strategy and execution of product capabilities that are central to Outreach customers. Outreach Engage provides end-to-end customer life-cycle solutions for different workflows, such as Prospecting new accounts and prospects or Retaining existing customers. We are also going through an exciting product transformation where AI and rep productivity are at the core of everything that we are doing.
You will function as an expert in user personas for the Outreach product, deeply understanding their day-to-day workflows, the context in which they work within a sales organization and the technologies they interact with.
Location
While we are remote-friendly, we remain an "office-centric" company. The workplace is based in Prague, Czechia.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Contribute to the vision, strategy and roadmap for Outreach Engage
- Execute on the roadmap in a quarterly release cadence
- Lead product discovery and roadmap sessions with customers and key stakeholders
- Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and analytics teams to develop and ship features and products that provide real value to customers
- Define and own the core metrics to measure the adoption, usage, and impact of optimization experiences
- Partner with product marketing, customer success and sales to share the work with customers
Our Vision of You
- 5+ years of product experience with proven track record of launching and growing technology products
- Ability to define long-term product strategy and drive impact on short-term product goals
- Strong analytical ability and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem-solving
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers
- Deep user empathy, understanding of customer needs, and strong motivation to tackle their problems.
- Experience working with designers to provide elegant solutions
- Strong skills around cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication
- Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
- You will stand out of you have experience with other Sales Engagement or CRM products
