About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Support business operations initiatives to improve efficiency across teams (sales, marketing, finance, and product).
• Assist in data analysis and reporting, helping leadership make informed business decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow improvements.
• Help track and refine key performance metrics to drive business success.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance internal systems and tools.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior leadership.

• Junior/Senior in undergrad or post graduate in Business/Science/Engineering Highly analytical with a passion for business strategy and operational efficiency.
• Comfortable working with data, metrics, and process improvement.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Interested in AI, DevOps, and emerging technology trends.
• Be authorized to work in the US
