WHAT YOU’LL DO
Are you a hands-on creator who lives and breathes social? We’re looking for a Social Content Manager who’s equal parts strategist, editor, and producer—ready to lead the charge on organic storytelling for our clients, our brand, and our internal creative initiatives.
In this role, you’ll concept, film, and edit content that’s platform-native, trend-aware, and built to perform. From TikTok-first campaigns to behind-the-scenes event content, you’ll bring big ideas to life—quickly and collaboratively.
Here’s what you’ll be diving into day-to-day:
- Own end-to-end short-form content creation—from hook ideation to final edit
- Draft scripts, outlines, and shot lists based on creative briefs and goals
- Self-shoot using mobile or light camera setups, with an eye for lighting and sound
- Edit for multiple platforms with native pacing, captions, and overlays
- Monitor daily trends, formats, and audio to inspire new concepts
- Proactively pitch quick-turn content ideas and seasonal moments
- Deliver polished assets with correct captions, cover frames, metadata, and filenames
- Collaborate closely with strategy and copy teams to align on brand voice and performance goals
- Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate toward a high creative bar
- Keep projects organized with versioning, assets, and file management
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 2–4 years of experience in social content creation, UGC, or short-form production
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, IG Reels, and Shorts formats—including hook strategies and storytelling structure
- Comfortable filming yourself and/or directing internal talent on camera
- Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or comparable tools
- Visual instincts for text overlays, captions, and movement that feel native to the platform
- A passion for social trends—and the agility to ship same-day ideas
- Highly organized and collaborative, with the ability to thrive under tight turnarounds
Bonus points for:
- Basic design experience (Photoshop or Figma)
- Familiarity with VO, AI voice tools, or basic audio editing
- Exposure to social performance metrics and iteration loops
- Experience managing a content calendar or publishing workflow
HOW WE’LL MEASURE SUCCESS
- Velocity – Quality concepts shipped per week
- Fit – Platform-native execution, hook strength, and watch time
- Impact – Engagement rate, shares/saves, and lift against campaign goals
- Craft – Edit quality, pacing, and brand alignment
- Collaboration – Responsiveness and clarity in feedback loops
