What will you own?

  • Ensure all warranty orders are entered into our order system and synced to our ERP and partner warehouses for fulfillment
  • Review all orders to ensure they contain the proper information needed to be fulfilled and delivered correctly
  • Check data accuracy on all warranty orders to ensure they are correctly entered (including all needed data) into our order system
  • Follow up on orders needing more information by contacting other internal departments to obtain missing information on orders
  • Maintain and update all lists showcasing the status of each order, especially the ones awaiting more information
  • Serve as a primary liaison with the Operations team and Leadership to ensure timely deliveries of warranty shipments
  • Handle shipping inquiries
  • Communicate between sales, partners, customers, and finance for order status
  • Provide support and assistance to other internal departments on their order status
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested

What you have:

  • This role will suit someone with previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar
  • Team player who works collaboratively with others
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Roll-up your sleeves attitude
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience using Sage is preferred
  • Experience dealing with 3rd party logistics companies is a plus
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Good English language skills; written and verbal required
  • We use Apple computers and Google collaboration tools. While experience with these tools is not required, the ideal candidate will be excited to broaden their knowledge and embrace change
