Are you an enthusiastic worker with strong organization and customer service skills? Then you could be what we are looking for in a server assistant/busser. You will work closely with our servers and help them deliver food to customers’ tables, as well as clear, clean, and reset each table with tableware to get it ready for the next party.

You’ll bring customers to their tables, address their inquiries, and alert servers when their attention is needed. You should be familiar with the menu as well as food safety rules. Attention to detail and organization is important since you’ll be regularly restocking items in the kitchen and server stations. If you have some food service experience, like working in a fast-paced setting and closely with team members, apply for this role as soon as possible!

• Bring customers beverages, refill glasses, bring extra plates or napkins to customers, and make sure condiments are refilled and brought to the table
• Seat customers, respond to any special needs and requests quickly, and relay them to the waiter or manager, if necessary
• Handle delivering food from the kitchen to the table on time. Ask if you can help with anything else before leaving the table
• Responsible for ensuring kitchen and server stations are kept fully stocked with condiments and all necessary items
• Clear dirty dishes from tables, clean tables, and prepare for the next guests by resetting tables with clean silverware and napkins

• Has the ability to stand, bend, and lift for longer periods of time for the duration of the shift
• Willing to work some nights, weekends, and some holidays, plus pick up extra shifts if necessary
• Experience working in the food services or QSR industry is preferred
• Must have a high school diploma or possess an equivalent GED
• Familiarity with proper handling of food and drinks and kitchen equipment
