Our property is seeking a Night Auditor to join our dedicated team of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and dependable, with strong computer proficiency and good math skills to support nightly accounting tasks.
While previous hotel experience is not required, prior guest service experience is highly preferred. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in hospitality, working alongside a supportive, high-performing team in a dynamic boutique hotel environment.

- Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed
- Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
- Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages
- Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay
- Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Flexible overnight hours are required
- Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required
- Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired
