✨ OVERVIEW✨

We’re hiring a BizOps Associate who’ll do whatever it takes to make every part of the company successful - GTM, Product, Community, Recruiting, and more.

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to:

  1. Get exposure to how every part of a startup operates.

  2. Touch (and help run) cross-functional projects spanning GTM, product, ops, community, and more.

  3. Partner closely with our GM/Chief of Staff and leadership team.

  4. Learn how to scale a high-growth startup from the inside.

  5. Be challenged daily, and grow at 10x the speed of a typical career path.

Location: This role fully remote. You’ll be expected to overlap with NYC hours (almost daily during onboarding, tapering into a more sustainable rhythm). Success in this role requires comfort with async-first workflows (daily doc/slack updates, Looms, clear documentation) and extreme ownership - making sure that whatever you’re put in charge of is executed.

✨ ABOUT THE ROLE✨

We describe this IC role as a “Swiss Army Knife”: you’ll support and execute some of our most important company initiatives, working side-by-side with leadership.

You’ll be an all-encompassing generalist + operator: able to jump into new areas, learn quickly, and deliver results. You’ll run hands-on projects that span GTM, content, community, customer success, recruiting, and so much more.

Examples of Projects (A blend of past/current BizOps projects):

  1. Doubling community engagement in 1 month to hit an all-time high.

  2. Spinning up AI-powered workflows/automations using modern tools (e.g. Clay, Zapier, Gamma, MCPs) with minimal eng support, to support our GTM operations.

  3. Becoming a content marketing expert in 2 hours - then running your first campaign end-to-end in 6.

  4. Running a full-cycle sales development process (prospecting → outbound → qualification) and becoming a top 1% AI-enabled SDR.

  5. Customer Success: creating support docs and playbooks, working directly with customers and engineering to drive happiness, and laying the foundation for scalable CS processes.

  6. Recruiting & hiring across functions - from engineers to salespeople.

✨ ABOUT YOU✨

  • 1–3 years of experience as a top performer in roles that demand rigor and high intensity (e.g., startup, big 3 consulting, banking, top-performing sales).

  • You’re AI-native. AI is part of how you think and work. You’re the person who’s figured out 10x leverage/speed with a tool or automation 95% of your peers don’t understand yet.

  • Tech & product savvy. You’re curious, fluent with software, and dangerous with software tools.

  • You’re quantitative. You’re sharp with spreadsheets and great with data (Optional but nice to have: you’re adept with product analytics tools like PostHog or Mixpanel.)

  • You have an entrepreneur’s mindset: self-driven, resourceful, ready to build and be in the trenches

  • You’re a positive, inspiring, happy influence on every team you’ve been on

  • Ready to roll up your sleeves - this is not your typical 9-5.
