We're looking for a seasoned performance marketing professional to lead our mobile gaming user acquisition team.
Reporting to the CMO/Cofounder, the Head of Growth Marketing will be responsible for setting the organization's growth marketing strategy and managing a high-performing team to lead campaign execution and revenue growth optimizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead team for successful user acquisition campaigns across multiple targets, geos and demographics on critical mobile platforms including: DSPs, Apple Search Ads, Google UAC and more
- Drive the acquisition strategy and reporting on assigned game titles and optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV
- Identify, test and analyze new advertising channels and partners to further improve strategy
- Work closely with cross divisional teams incl. product, data science and product marketing to execute coordinated strategic campaigns
- Work with Creative Marketing and external agencies to optimize and iterate on winning ad creatives
- Develop and execute creative strategies based on user insights to attract new users
- Stay current on mobile user acquisition/growth trends, best practices, and competitor strategies
Requirements
- 5+ experience in performance marketing and expertise in strategic marketing considerations across paid social and search channels required
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies to determine marketing channel incrementality, such as A/B and matched market required
- Demonstrated experience in successfully scaling and optimizing performance marketing budgets required
- Exemplary leadership and communication skills required
