Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for a Strategy & Operations Manager, AI . The Strategy & Operations Manager, AI will be responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives across Funnel's Artificial Intelligence capabilities, with a primary focus on rapidly scaling the machine learning powered virtual leasing agent product. This role serves as a critical bridge between Product/Engineering, Data Science, Implementation, and Customer Success, ensuring a successful product roadmap and optimal operational performance for Funnel's AI solutions.
You will act as an internal consultant and examine business processes and client relationships and will own end-to-end operational processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, establishing systematic monitoring frameworks, and guiding the AI product roadmap as Funnel continues to embed AI deeper throughout its product offering. Your work will directly impact product scalability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The Salary range for this role is $125,000 to $145,000/year.

The Strategy & Operations Manager, AI essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Roles and responsibilities
- Work directly with Product and Engineers to ensure the growth and scalability of Funnel’s AI solutions.
- Guide the AI product roadmap by providing internal consultancy on business processes and client relationships
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and inform strategic product decisions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and external stakeholders on AI product and operational matters
- Own end-to-end monitoring, triaging, and resolution of AI operational issues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Establish systematic monitoring frameworks and develop cross-functional procedures that standardize operational approaches across the organization.
- Partner with Customer Success and Implementation to ensure positive customer experiences from launch through ongoing usage.
- Track operational metrics, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion
- Travel: < 5%
Education, Work Experience, and Certifications
- 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking/private equity, AND/OR a top-tier tech company in strategy, business operations, or growth.
- Proven track record of running cross-functional initiatives, achieving goals, and succeeding in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes.
- Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment

- A JD or MBA
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Experience at a SaaS company.
- Knowledge of and interest in artificial intelligence.
