POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design for EarnIn’s internal operations platform—a critical internal tool that powers operations and helps us deliver better experiences for our customers. You’ll be the sole designer on this initiative, working closely with internal teams to understand their workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and design solutions that make their work faster, clearer, and more efficient.
This role is ideal for a systems-minded designer who enjoys solving complex user problems, loves designing tools for expert users, and can think holistically about how an interface, a workflow, and a data model come together to create impact.
This position will be hybrid from our Bangkok office as part of our expanding site location, with two days a week onsite/in-person.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end design process for a high-impact internal application used across multiple operational teams
- Collaborate directly with internal users and teams to understand their day-to-day tasks, challenges, and motivations
- Partner with product, engineering, and data to define, design, and deliver features that improve operational efficiency and transparency
- Create new interaction patterns and frameworks to replace legacy workflows
- Lead the development of a dedicated design system for internal tools, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and consistency across multiple modules
- The tool’s users are international, and you’ll have direct access to their needs and feedback to prototype and test early and often
- Balance long-term vision with short-term delivery in a phased rollout environment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience working with product teams to ship complex tools or consumer products (7+ years preferred)
- Strong interaction design and systems thinking skills—you love mapping out logic, states, and dependencies
- Proven experience designing for data-rich or workflow-heavy products (e.g., dashboards, internal tools, admin interfaces)
- Belief that internal tools can be both functional and beautiful—attention to craft, detail, and usability
- You’re curious—you work from customer needs first and use your work to explore multiple possible solutions
- Experience building or maintaining design systems from the ground up is a plus
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows
- Excellent communication skills—able to work and communicate effectively with international partners, and to translate technical and operational complexity into intuitive experiences
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required
