Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Senior Manager to join the B2B team. Reporting to the VP/GM of B2B, you are the first Strategy and Operations hire, and will have the unique opportunity to shape the business strategy and success from the ground-up--covering customer insights, go-to-market, customer adoption, product and operations. You're excited about this opportunity because you will influence and develop the strategies for how EarnIn becomes a B2B market leader. You'll have the opportunity to help define new bets, incubate 0-1 experiments, scope partnership opportunities, and execute on initiatives to drive growth and adoption.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000-205,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This role will be primarily in the office of Palo Alto and will require hybrid work from the office each week with 2 days in the office.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the GM to define the vision, own and scale this massive opportunity, and work with product, sales, operations, business development, finance and other teams to make that vision a reality. You will be responsible for ultimately growing B2B2C adoption and revenue.
  • Experiment quickly to drive GTM and customer adoption, and scale insights to grow these initiatives to be scalable playbooks we use going forward;
  • Work with business development, sales and account management to contribute to pitch decks and sales content to help create new business opportunities;
  • Create innovative solutions to drive growth and operational excellence; implement product testing and roll-outs on the ground;
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure goals are met; and
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or Masters Degree a plus;
  • You have 8+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development and/or Partnerships; high-growth startup experience is advantageous;
  • You are a first-principles thinker who is both a strategist and a builder, and are energized by solving hard problems;
  • You have experience leading cross-functional projects and hitting goals; you develop innovative solutions and work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • You are a very strong verbal and written communicator and are just as comfortable interfacing internally as you are externally ;
  • You have strong data retrieval, analytics and presentation skills. You are comfortable using data to drive decision making. SQL experience is a bonus;
  • You are excited to test and learn, and aren’t afraid of failure, and have demonstrated success in the face of roadblocks and limited resources; and
  • You display a high degree of ownership for projects.
