Position Summary and What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manage to help lead one of our engineering teams that delivers on impactful initiatives for EarnIn. In this role you'll work on attracting, hiring and retaining top engineering talent. You'll partners with leaders across various teams and drive product engineering initiatives while still working with code and design. You'll be a strong technical leader and help provide local guidance as the team expands further in Bangkok.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record of building and leading engineering teams.
- Experience managing multiple teams and a total organization of at-least 4+.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to have executive presence.
- 2+ years as an engineering leader in direct-to-consumer companies.
- 5+ years of experience building high-scale distributed systems.
- Bachelor's, Master’s or PhD degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related technical discipline or equivalent industry experience.
