Duetto is looking for an Accounting Assistant who will be responsible for assisting in various areas of the Accounting department. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, a strong problem-solver, have strong analytical skills, be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently. The position requires excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts receivable for invoicing, and collection as needed.
• Manage worldwide employee T&E reporting through Expensify.
• Reconcile and book monthly credit card expense
• Effectively manage vendor and employee relationships.
• Assist with company audits and compile supporting documentation as necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in the accounting/finance function.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to manage time effectively is a must.
• Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a professional manner with confidential information.
