We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Manager to oversee our DevOps team and optimize our development and operational processes with a significant emphasis on Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will empower our product engineering teams by implementing self-service mechanisms that provide an easy interface for creating new services and their underlying infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developer experience, possess a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and production support while leading a team of engineers to drive efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available AWS infrastructure solutions using services such as EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC, Glue, SQS, Lambda and Service Catalog.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process, ensuring rapid and reliable deployments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance the overall software development lifecycle.
• Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and security across the AWS environment.
• Implement best practices in infrastructure as code (IaC), configuration management, and monitoring to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct proactive capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure optimal resource utilization.
