We are looking for a new team member who will join our friendly Program Manager team in Poland. This program manager role will involve independent planning, managing, and successfully delivering projects for our mid-enterprise customers. You will serve as the main point of contact with customers and will ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting customers’ business needs (using the Perceptyx core products 🙌 😊). Please note, it is NOT an IT Project Manager role.

What will you do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer’s employee listening projects
• Guide customers in using the Perceptyx core product through best practices and an efficient timeline
• Prepare, coordinate, and lead project-specific meetings between customers and involve supporting Perceptyx team members where appropriate
• Gather requirements from customers while providing guidance on best practice
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and Zoom throughout the duration of the project
• Work collaboratively with customers and internal team members to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify, capture, and effectively communicate customer issues to relevant supporting team members
• Create and maintain each project plan, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for a timely and successful project and communicating those to the customer
• Identify and analyze project risks and dependencies on an ongoing basis
• Report to the Professional Services Manager in the UK
