Hello,👋 nice to e-meet you! We're currently seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of the sales process and love conducting research on leads, this might be the perfect position for you. In this role, you'll be working to get meetings with potential businesses in our target market who are interested in employee listening initiatives. You'll also be representing our company and our awesome products and services to potential buyers. You'll keep track of data related to interested prospects and work closely with our sales account executives to ensure everything runs smoothly. Areas of impact include:
- Identify opportunities and provide sales support to the sales team
- Receive and direct inbound leads and leads from other activities to ensure everyone is diligently followed up with
- Conduct account research and daily outbound calling and emailing to targeted prospects with the goal of qualifying and setting a meeting with the account executive
- Generate and submit activity and result reports in Salesforce, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analysis
- Occasionally attend educational workshops and career development and/or technical training
