About Perceptyx
At Perceptyx, we’re on a mission to help organizations turn employee insights into measurable impact. Our AI-enabled employee experience platform leverages the science of listening, behavioral nudges, and predictive analytics to help clients elevate engagement, retention, and performance. We’re a team of innovators fueled by purpose, collaboration, and excellence — and we’re looking for someone who wants to play at the highest level.
The Role
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for Perceptyx's products and solutions. This role serves as a critical bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales, translating technical capabilities into compelling market positioning and value propositions that resonate with senior Learning & Development (L&D), Employee Experience (EX), and HR buyers at enterprise organizations.
As a senior individual contributor, you will act as the “CMO” for your portfolio, owning the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle. You will build deep market expertise in the L&D space while embedding directly into sales motions to support active opportunities and refine positioning based on real-world feedback.
What You’ll Do
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies, including market validation, positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and launch planning. Lead cross-functional coordination for product launches.
- Sales Alignment & Enablement: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on active deals. Participate in sales calls and pipeline reviews to support positioning and objection handling. Create pitch decks, talk tracks, and competitive battlecards.
- Market Expertise & Intelligence: Become the internal authority on market trends and buyer priorities. Maintain a systematic research practice and leverage AI tools to track competitor moves and analyst insights.
- Positioning, Messaging & Content: Craft differentiated messaging that resonates with economic buyers. Partner with Customer Marketing to secure case studies and testimonials tied to business outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Proactively identify opportunities to improve team efficiency through AI and automation. Manage cross-functional projects with clear documentation and transparent communication.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Champion creative approaches to product marketing, treating each product in your portfolio as a business to grow. Pilot new content formats and emerging marketing technologies.
What You Bring
- Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years specifically in Product Marketing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- GTM Mastery: Proven experience developing and executing strategies for new products, including competitive analysis and win-loss programs.
- Sales Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to support active sales opportunities and deliver high-impact enablement programs.
- Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional written and verbal skills with a knack for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers.
- AI Proficiency: Proficiency with LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude) and a desire to innovate marketing operations using AI tools.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., Monday.com).
- Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in HR technology, employee experience, or L&D software markets.

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
