We’re looking for a passionate and collaborative Benefits Analyst to join our Global Benefits Team. You will make an impact as we continue to grow and enhance our programs with the goal of providing excellent employee experience. You will be responsible for managing the day to day of our EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) benefit, time off and wellbeing programs and vendor partners. We are looking for someone who is always looking for ways to improve, is used to working in a fast-paced collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high quality work.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
- Benefits program management: Manage the day to day of EMEA health and core benefit programs including pensions (where applicable), health, life, disability, and other benefit plans, including program renewals and benchmarking
- Wellbeing programs: Manage day to day and champion our wellbeing programs to support employees
- Collaboration: Develop and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders, benefit brokers and/or vendors
- Expert support and guidance: Implement ongoing communications, and provide expert support and resolution of escalated benefits issues
- Improve program delivery: Assist with plan design review including driving annual enrollment process, partner with Benefits and other People team and additional colleagues on process improvements, including Workday configuration, testing and implementing communications, updating intranet content related to various offerings, when required
- Benefits analytics: Collect, analyze, and summarize employee benefit data, utilization and trends; Assist in tracking benefit costs and preparing benefit cost analysis
- Ad hoc projects as required, assigned, or requested to continue optimizing plans effectiveness and efficiency
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience; technology/fast growth company experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of benefit plan administration processes
- Knowledge and experience of working with Workday
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presenting benefits information in an easily understood way; ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Solid analytical capability, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to identify, assess, and analyze opportunities in our current offerings and processes, and to make recommendations for improvements
- A customer focused mindset, identify employee needs, market trends in benefits offerings, and develop recommendations to support employees
- Proficient technical skills - ability to adapt; Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment; Highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple deliverables with conflicting timelines
- Self-motivated and accountable with the ability to demonstrate judgement needed to operate independently under limited supervision
- Ability to work in a team-focused, collaborative environment
- Experience working remotely and/or in a distributed environment a plus

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
