The GSI Sales organization at Cohesity drives revenue growth through deep, strategic partnerships that expand our global reach and accelerate customer adoption. We work across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Product to ensure partners are positioned to deliver differentiated value at scale.
As a Global Alliance Director you will operate as a senior, individual‑contributor leader responsible for Cohesity’s strategic global GSI partner - FUJITSU. This role owns the strategy, execution, and revenue impact of complex partner relationships that contribute a highly significant portion of company revenue.
Operating with broad autonomy, this role shapes partner strategy, influences executive‑level decisions internally and externally, and plays a critical role in defining Cohesity’s GSI go‑to‑market approach.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Build and manage exceptional, executive‑level relationships with C‑suite leaders at Cohesity’s most strategic global GSI partner.
Own global partner strategy and multi‑year business planning, aligning partner investment, GTM priorities, and execution to Cohesity’s growth objectives.
Lead the development and execution of global sales strategies with strategic partners, leveraging alliances and ecosystems to drive material revenue impact.
Strategically grow and convert pipeline with global partners, forecasting conversion and outcomes in close coordination with Sales leadership.
Monitor partner pipeline, sales performance, and bookings conversion, driving corrective actions as needed to meet revenue goals.
Collaborate with partners to drive bookings growth, expand solution portfolios, and penetrate new divisions, regions, and partner organizations.
Influence pricing, deal structure, and negotiation strategy for complex, high‑value opportunities involving strategic partners.
Serve as a trusted internal advisor, contributing partner and market insights to Sales, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership.
Deliver Cohesity’s strategy, value proposition, and long‑term vision to partner sales and technical leadership teams globally.
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
15+ years of experience in GSI sales, partner ecosystems, or indirect GTM roles within enterprise B2B technology.
Proven success driving global, partner‑led revenue outcomes with material impact on overall company performance.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently with wide latitude in strategy, decision making, and execution.
Extensive experience engaging C‑level executives and senior decision‑makers at global partners.
Deep knowledge of end‑to‑end sales processes, partner ecosystems, and the role of strategic alliances in accelerating growth.
Recognized expertise within GSI sales and partner strategy, both internally and externally.
Strong executive communication, negotiation, and influence skills across technical and business audiences.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
English language proficiency with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in executive and professional settings.
