Drive strategy and operational excellence for the healthcare programs in an AIfirst, high growth technology company.

We’re seeking an experienced Benefits Program Manager to help design and deliver modernized U.S. healthcare programs that support a high performing, diverse, fast moving workforce. This is an advanced individual contributor role for someone who thrives in agile, creative environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is comfortable operating with speed and autonomy.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

Own U.S. healthcare programs end to end, including traditional healthcare plans, as well as companion, condition-specific, and/or experience-enhancing point-solution plans

Own certain globally offered programs such as EAP, neurodivergent, lifestyle management(i.e., family support)

Design with a data driven, innovative mindset, continuously observing & improving

Partner cross functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Communications; navigate a matrix organization, influencing outcomes without direct authority

Lead change management for new or evolving programs

Monitor performance, utilization, and spend; support budgeting and reporting

Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA)

Support vendor selection, renewals, and performance management

Help deliver clear, employee friendly communications and selfservice, AI-enabled resources

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

6+ years experience in health & welfare, wellbeing programs, or related programs

Expertise in ERISA compliance and fiduciary standards

Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience with plan metrics, benchmarking, and cost management

Experience supporting distributed workforces

Experience in high growth, technology driven, or fast paced companies

Strong understanding of U.S. compliance requirements

Comfortable working independently and managing complex programs

Agile, adaptable, and creative, with comfort navigating ambiguity

Exposure to digital, AIenabled, or data driven tools

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$115,600.00-$144,500.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
