Cohesity is rapidly growing and is in need of a creative, dynamic individual to lead field marketing in our Emerging region. You will build the overall marketing strategy and plan for your region to drive new logo acquisition and expansion in existing accounts. In partnership with the respective sales leaders and Growth Marketing, you will deliver programs that take customers and prospects on a journey to closed/won. You will lead a diverse team of high performing field marketing professionals and report directly to our CMO.
Design, plan and execute programs to meet or exceed new and existing marketing pipeline goals
Design and implement a multi touch marketing strategy that accelerates new prospects through the sales journey
Drive ABM programs at scale in your region with sales leadership and Growth Marketing
Develop C-level programs that build new contacts for our sales teams and executives
Collaborate with channel and alliance marketing peers to meet pipeline goals
Track and measure campaign effectiveness in partnership with marketing ops, and strive to improve ROI
Ensure Cohesity and 3rd party events are on brand and on message
Be accountable for a quarterly pipeline forecast
Be an advocate for sales priorities to marketing, and vice versa help sales understand marketing priorities
Lead a high performing team, continuing to coach, develop and attract new talent
Continue to build a diverse, inclusive culture that thrives on collaboration, accountability and winning
Partner cross-functionally with global teams (e.g., Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications) to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies.
Serve as a critical, highly engaged, and accountable leader within the Emerging Go-to-Market team, working closely with Sales leadership to deliver impact.
Required Skills / Experiences:
10 years experience leading field marketing for a B2B software company
Track record of meeting and exceeding pipeline goals
Data-driven and customer obsessed
Excellent team building skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to create and deliver presentations to senior executives
Player-coach mentality with ability to develop strategy and plan, and then be hands on executing
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Travel 30-50% (under normal circumstances)
Preferred Skills / Experiences:
Experience with Splash, Marketo, Salesforce and Tableau

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
