Cohesity is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Workplace Coordinator to ensure the office operates smoothly by managing day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, and employee experience programs. You'll play a vital role in maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment. This role combines administrative support with hands-on workplace services to create a functional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors, while embodying Cohesity’s RADIO values: Respect, Authenticity, Deliver, Innovation, and Customer Obsession.

As a culture champion, this role supports corporate employee engagement initiatives such as monthly Clubhouse events and other activities that foster connection and collaboration.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

  • Plan and execute onsite events and engagement activities, including monthly themed Clubhouse events, weekly lunches, and other corporate initiatives.

  • Manage food & beverage vendors to ensure consistency and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Coordinate with vendors for janitorial, catering, and other service providers to ensure service standards are met.

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely restocking.

  • Workplace Requests: Address, assign, and resolve workplace service requests in a timely manner.

  • Organize preventive maintenance plans with vendor support to ensure work is completed as expected and on budget.

  • Financial & Budget Support: Partner with Workplace Management to manage budgets, track expenses, and handle PO creation, invoice management, and accruals.

  • Maintain accurate records of workplace operations and vendor performance.

  • Support MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) and space planning requirements.

  • Assist with improvement projects, including office renovations, space reconfigurations, and furniture installations.

  • Contribute to creating a vibrant and welcoming workplace culture.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING

  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • 5+ years in workplace operations, facilities coordination, or related field.

  • Location: Ability to work in our Roseville, MN office, Monday through Friday (onsite support).

  • Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to be resourceful and proactive in addressing issues that arise.

  • Professionalism: Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Independence & Teamwork: Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.

  • Ability to lift 30lbs.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$64,640.00-$80,800.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
