As a Quality Engineering Leader, you will define and lead the global quality vision across all flagship product lines. Your mission is to ensure our software meets the highest standards of reliability, security, and performance.
You will drive quality engineering excellence throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), champion DevSecOps practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric innovation.
Leading the Central QA team and partnering with QA leads across product teams, you’ll ensure consistent, predictable, and on-time delivery of enterprise-ready products. You’ll define and implement quality criteria from day one of development through release, ensuring every phase upholds uncompromising quality standards.
This role will also lead initiatives to enhance release management visibility, from daily testing status to executive-level readiness reporting. You will embed a “shift-left” mindset across Engineering, enforce rigorous root-cause analysis, and drive systemic corrective actions that strengthen quality across the organization.
How you'll spend your time here:
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the enterprise-wide software quality strategy.
Align quality goals with business priorities, product roadmaps, and customer needs.
Leverage AI-driven testing, analytics, and automation to optimize coverage and accelerate delivery.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Security, and Customer Success to deliver trusted, resilient solutions.
Model and uphold the company’s core values while developing future QA leaders.
Quality Engineering & Automation
Lead teams focused on test automation, performance, security, and release validation.
Drive adoption of AI/ML-based testing frameworks and predictive quality analytics.
Optimize CI/CD pipelines for speed, reliability, and compliance.
Define and measure quality KPIs to ensure consistent improvement across all releases.
Customer Experience & Reliability
Monitor product telemetry, defect trends, and user feedback to proactively improve quality.
Lead cross-functional incident reviews and postmortems to ensure rapid, data-driven learning.
Champion a shift-left approach to testing, embedding quality and security early in development.
Team Development
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global QA organization.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and technical excellence.
Develop the next generation of quality engineering talent to support global expansion.
We'd love to talk to you if you have many of the following:
15+ years in software quality, engineering, or product development, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
Proven success in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or data protection domains.
Deep understanding of AI/ML systems, cloud-native architectures, and secure SDLC.
Expertise in test automation, observability, and quality metrics.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
