HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of AI Specialists and Business Value Consultants.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, customer obsession, and continuous learning.

  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to shape Cohesity’s AI marketplace offerings and partner integrations.

  • Influence the development of AI-powered solutions and services that align with customer demand and industry trends.

  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal roadmap discussions, ensuring Cohesity’s AI strategy remains relevant and differentiated.

  • Work with Partner and Alliance teams to build scalable ecosystems and joint value propositions.

  • Drive internal alignment across technical and business teams to support customer success.

  • Align team goals with broader WWFO and company objectives.

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Cohesity’s AI roadmap.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Lead sales efforts in collaboration with Cohesity District Managers, Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and Partners.

  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure alignment with specialist sales teams.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CxO-level stakeholders, guiding them through AI transformation.

  • Engage deeply with the largest Cohesity accounts to drive strategic AI initiatives.

  • Interact effectively with both business leaders and technical stakeholders, including developers and architects.

  • Educate customers on how AI integrates with their IT and cybersecurity environments, and the productivity and TCO benefits it can deliver.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term strategic relationships.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to Cohesity’s product and marketplace teams on AI capabilities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to shape Cohesity’s AI marketplace offerings and partner integrations.

  • Influence the development of AI-powered solutions and services that align with customer demand and industry trends. Represent the voice of the customer in internal roadmap discussions, ensuring Cohesity’s AI strategy remains relevant and differentiated.

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to influence roadmap and messaging.

  • Work with Partner and Alliance teams to build scalable ecosystems and joint value propositions.

  • Drive internal alignment across technical and business teams to support customer success.

  • Think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges.

  • Build and convey compelling value propositions tailored to customer needs.

  • Work cross-organizationally to build consensus and drive adoption of next-gen AI capabilities.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • 7+ years of experience in direct sales, business development, or alliances in software, cloud, or SaaS markets.

  • Proven success selling to C-level executives and navigating complex enterprise environments.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks.

  • Experience developing and executing detailed go-to-market plans for emerging technologies.

  • Deep knowledge of AI use cases across industries and how they impact business operations.

  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presence.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive strategic initiatives.

  • 10+ years of experience building and scaling partner ecosystems.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AE tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$215,600.00-$269,500.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

Current pay transparency shows the OTE (On-Target Earnings) for commission-based roles.

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
