We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level BI Analyst to join our Global Sales Compensation Team. This full-time role focuses on creating sales compensation-related reports, dashboards, and scorecards primarily using Smartsheet, Power BI, and Excel. The ideal candidate will possess strong process improvement skills, a focus on data quality, and an interest in process automation. Knowledge of Sales Compensation and Callidus is desired.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
Develop and maintain sales compensation reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Smartsheet, Power BI, and Excel.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations and Commissions, to gather requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
Integrate data from various platforms, including Workday, Callidus, Salesforce, Oracle, and others to ensure comprehensive reporting.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms, with an emphasis on data quality.
Assist in automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Document processes and maintain operational documents for reporting activities.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with Smartsheet and Power BI for report creation and data visualization.
Experience with data integration from platforms such as Workday, Callidus, Salesforce, and Oracle is a plus.
Knowledge of Sales Compensation is desired.
Strong skills in process improvement, data quality, and process automation.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and writing skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across different time zones.

This position has a starting pay range of $MIN - $MID per year. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
