As a member of the Compensation team, you will play an important role in the development and execution of compensation programs for the global organization. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by finding creative ways to solve problems.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

  • Help drive the successful execution of key compensation programs, such as the annual compensation review process (including merit, promotion, bonus, and equity) and global recognition program.

  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to assess the effectiveness of rewards programs. Monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported.

  • Benchmark positions using salary surveys to develop and maintain job families, salary structures, incentive pay structures, and other market-aligned compensation practices.

  • Analyze market data, review job documentation, and provide consultation to management and the People team to make informed pay and job leveling decisions consistent with company compensation philosophy.

  • Assess business needs, analyze trends, and develop compensation models to make compelling, data-driven compensation recommendations. Model the expected business impact of these recommendations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage compensation inquiries.

  • Streamline compensation processes through operational and system enhancements.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING

  • 4 to 7 years of related experience in the development and execution of Compensation programs (e.g. annual compensation planning, survey submissions, pay range pricing).

  • Solid understanding of job architecture and compensation benchmarking.

  • Excellent analytical skills; able to synthesize and analyze data sets to extract insights and influence decisions.

  • Excellent time management and planning skills; energized by a fast-paced environment

  • Enjoys collaborating with others to creatively solve business challenges.

  • Good business acumen and judgment; able to operate independently on routine responsibilities.

  • Experience with Workday and Google Sheets is a plus.
