We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Paid Media Specialist.
The Growth Marketing team at Cohesity is on a mission to help organizations around the world find limitless value from their data. Our customer obsessed Paid Media Specialists are focused on building new businesses while expanding the value of Cohesity for existing customers.
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be an individual contributor focused on Awareness and Demand Gen for international markets including Americas, EU APAC and others, reporting to Media Manager. Paid Media Specialist is responsible for driving impactful digital campaigns, optimize paid media efforts, and maximize ROI across social, display and Content Syndication channels.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Campaign/Media Planning
- Create and manage a comprehensive digital marketing plan, including a full funnel paid media strategy inclusive of content syndication, LinkedIn and Programmatic programs.
- Cross-functional collaboration between campaigns, field marketing, inside sales team and operation to deliver on a digital media campaign by region based on internal requirements and multiple team inputs
- Work as in-house Media Specialist creating media plans and vendor selection
- Own Vendor RFP process
- Working with internal teams for TAL creation, validation and formatting
- TAL Uploads to the right platforms for effective targeting for campaigns
Campaign Builds
- Create spec sheet, request, timeline and delivery of creative and ad copy delivery timelines and save in comprehensive and meticulous manner for campaign builds
- Setting up tracking parameters in accordance with reporting requirements clearly for campaigns
- Communication cross functionally to educate internal teams on expectation of media spend – web, campaigns, inside sales
- Creative trafficking to Vendors
- Build Programmatic & LinkedIn Campaigns according to media plan
- Liaise with Content Syndication Partner on Campaign Set up
- Lead flow from content syndication vendors to SFDC using Workato
- Build and maintain SLA with inside sales team on follow-up strategy and manage feedback with vendors
- Build POC for all campaigns set up to be shared with wider team
Optimizations
- Optimize digital media campaigns for maximum reach and engagement/demand
- Feedback loop to campaigns, creative and product and solution marketing on optimal content types for execution
- Monthly cadence with Content Syndication partners to ensure lead quality and delivery
- Continuously assess and refine digital tactics based on performance metrics and industry trends
Reporting
- Build Trackers for a weekly reporting
- Work with MarkOps for monthly pipeline reporting by campaign
- Use Salesforce reporting interface to build/download reports as required
- Report on conversions using Adobe Analytics and GA4 – comparison between the available Analytics platform and choosing the best form of reporting
- Monthly reporting on Asset/Creative performance
- Monthly Reporting on Campaign performance, Spends and KPI’s against target/estimates
- Quarterly QBR’s created and delivered to campaigns, field marketing and MLT
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on international markets. Paid Search experience would be a plus
- Strong knowledge of Display, Paid Social, Content Syndication best practices, with a proven track record of improving performance.
- Hands-on experience with media planning and audience segmentation, leveraging first- and third-party data
- Proven success in developing, executing and reporting on media plans
- Understanding of tracking requirements and the breadth of paid media units for tactics including: Social, content syndication, traditional
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including content syndication, social media, Display, and online analytics like GA4.
- Experience with Tag Manager is a plus but not necessary
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Strong Excel Skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems like Marketo, Hubspot, 6Sense, SFDC and Eloqua
